GRIEF AND THE HOLIDAYS
Any special season can be a painful time for someone who has lost a loved one, making it difficult to find happiness. Even years after a loss, many people find that holidays are still difficult. “Grief and the Holidays” Workshops are designed to support and guide you through the holiday season while coping with the loss of a loved one.

DISENFRANCHISED GRIEF GROUP
This type of grief is often not usually openly acknowledged, socially accepted, or publicly mourned. Examples include: suicides, overdoses, ex-spouses, step-parents, miscarriage, still births, abortions, caregivers the incarcerated or institutionalized.
